Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed by both the substantive and procedural laws of Nigeria, excluding its conflict of law rules and the Nigerian Convention for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these service terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Nigeria, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
